We are looking for an outstanding Restaurant Manager to support our successful and proven and still growing casual dining concept! Ideal candidates will have Restaurant Manager experience working in high volume restaurants (2 million+), a passion for food, and a dedication to service, hospitality and quality. We are looking for high-energy, team-oriented people who are dedicated to driving sales and profit, superior service and quality of product. We have a strong track-record of taking care of and retaining our managers.
As a leader on our Management Team, you will be eligible forhighly competitive base salary and bonus structure and a robust benefits package including 401k!
REQUIREMENTS
2
years of current Full Service Restaurant Manager experience
High volume background; must have experience managing restaurants doing over $2 million per year in sales
Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills
Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
