Summary
Transmission Line anticipates a need for a Truck Driver 1st Year to work throughout the 54,000 square mile of SPS Service Territory, constructing and maintaining transmission lines, hauling materials and equipment and all emergency repairs of our transmission and distribution system.
Qualifications: Required
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Must have a valid Class A CDL License with HazMat & Triples
Must have at least 5 years experience driving semi, cranes, and running heavy tonage
Must be able and willing to respond to after hour emergency work and callouts, and work extensive amounts of overtime
Requires very extensive overnight travel
Must be of excellent stature, lift and maneuver up to 90 lbs, use shovels, sledge hammers and jack hammersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
