Requirements:
o Minimum of 2
years experience as an RN in a hospital settingo Minimum of 2 years Med Surg RN experience in a hospital setting preferredo Excellent interpersonal, communication, team-work, and customer service skillso Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skillso Ability to multi-task constantly, react to changes quickly/productively, and tolerate interruptionso Ability to perform work when no directions are given, and give directions to otherso Ability to remain flexible, organized, professional and able to analyze, make sound decisions under stressful or crisis situationso Couplet care, well baby, scn preferredo Ability to demonstrate knowledge of current computer systems, equipment or programs used in the organization, knowledge of Epic a plus!o Required BLS (CPR)o Associate degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferredo BLS, ACLS, NRP and EFM requiredo STABLE and special care nursery prefferedo Position requires fluency in the English language to function in job environment appropriatelyo Demonstrate maturity and accountabilityAdditional Information:
