Cath Lab Lead
Job DescriptionOverviewCath Lab Lead, Full-Time, DaysWe are looking for a Cath Lab Lead to join our Cath Lab team in Roswell, NM.
This full time job is located at Lovelace Regional Hospital provides 24/7 emergency services, intensive care,inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, surgical services and birthing services forRoswell and the surrounding community.
Lovelace's presence in Roswell alsoincludes a primary and specialty care clinic to allow us to better serve the residentsof southeast New Mexico.
ResponsibilitiesCath Lab Lead
Responsibilities:
Serves as lead for assigned area and oversees the daily assignments of staff within assigned area.
Responsible for patient care and safety protocols, adherence to policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance Assist with special departmental projects as needed.
Performs technical and patient care functions during diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab as needed.
If not currently RCIS certified, employee must get RCIS certification after 2 years of FT employment for cath lab or RCES for EP QualificationsCath Lab Lead Education and Experiences job Requirements:
Minimum:
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Sciences or equivalent.
Basic computer knowledge; Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology and Radiation Safety procedures; Ability to problem solve; Ability to communicate effectively and exercise sound judgment.
Three (3) years of directly related experience in hospital setting of which one (1) year must have been in a lead capacity Required:
