Security Guard Duties:
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment - Protect property and assets by maintaining a visible presence - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems - Respond to alarms and incidents promptly and appropriately - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or breaches - Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies in case of emergencies or incidents - Write detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift Skills:
- First Aid and CPR certification - Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and practices - Proficient in surveillance systems, including CCTV monitoring - Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and protocols - Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively - Excellent observation skills to identify suspicious activities or behavior - Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing - Physical fitness and stamina to perform regular patrols and respond quickly to emergencies We offer competitive pay rates, flexible schedules, and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
