Summary:
The Court Compliance Officer is responsible for monitoring offenders to ensure compliance on those sentenced to probation for DWI or other misdemeanor offenses.
The Court Compliance Officer is responsible for maintaining security by the enforcement of program rules and operates through interaction with Magistrate or District Court.
Must be able to appear and give testimony in court.
This position is responsible for maintaining financial records, billing and collections.

Valid NM driver's license with a good driving record.
EDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High School Diploma or G.

D.
, two years' experience or two years' college may be substituted.
Previous corrections, detention or law enforcement experience preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
